What Are Your Postage Rates and Postage Options?

Please note we only ship to Australian addresses.

All states have a flat postage rate of $11.15 (includes tracking number). Please note that a few heavier items may show an additional amount, which will is listed in their description. This is due to extra weight, eg: Kaiser Timber and some tools.

Local pickup

If you live close by, you are welcome to pick up your order from Sylvania Waters, NSW.

Do you have free postage?

Due to the increasing cost of postage, we do not offer a Free Postage option, except for those picking up orders.

If you’d like to pick up your order, please confirm an acceptable time with the owner and all payments must be finalised prior to pick up.

Please note, pick up is only available during business hours Monday – Friday.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Orders ship usually within 24 hours from receipt of payment. We ship Monday – Friday.

All About Scrapbooks is unable to accept responsibility for lost/missing packages sent via normal parcel post. Our standard service includes tracking. Should you ask for your parcel to be left where there is no one at home, we will not accept responsibility for parcels that go missing.

Returns/Out of Stock Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at mail@allaboutscrapbooks.com.au. The item will need to be returned for assessment before a refund is issued.

We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or order incorrectly. There is ample time in checkout to look over your order and make sure what you confirm is what you require. It is YOUR responsibility to check your shopping cart prior to checking out.

Occasionally, an item you order may be out of stock. If this happens, your order will ship without this item and if payment is made using a credit card, your card will only be debited with the correct amount. If payment is made using direct deposit, then a refund will be sent prior to shipping of goods, unless you’d like to replace the item with another item that's in-stock.

Products WILL NOT BE SUBSTITUTED without your consent.

If an item on clearance is unavailable, you will not be contacted and will simply be provided a refund.

To place an order with All About Scrapbooks, you will need to enter all relevant details. All details you enter during the checkout process will be protected by an SSL certificate. The connection during checkout will be encrypted using RC4_128, with MD5 for message authentication and RSA as the key exchange mechanism. After you have made your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation.

You can also create an account to make it easier to complete future purchases. After you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation. Logging in each time you visit ensures your shopping cart will be saved for you to return to at a later date. You will also be kept up to date with the latest promotions and new stock arrivals.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss. Any costs associated with returning incorrectly ordered products will be borne by the customer.

All items made available for sale are brand new and carefully packaged. If for some reason there is damage during transport, please contact us to arrange a return or replacement product. We make every effort to ensure accuracy of the products available on the website, however, occasionally a product may be unavailable when you have ordered and paid. Should this occur, we will refund you the cost of this missing item immediately.

When an item is missing, it is not always practical to contact the customer regarding a replacement/substitute item.
